BCB Generation's Ruffle Front Dress USD $124This dress is just gorgeous. The ruffles are almost fish like and the buttons are so retro. I wouldn't wear it by itself as its booty-flashing terriroty. I would wear it in a less body fitting size over white wide leg trousers.
